Matt Venema
Matt Venema dedicated nearly two decades to public service as a Firefighter and Paramedic, starting his career at 18. He served with multiple government agencies, including Cal Fire and in the San Francisco Bay Area, participating in notable deployments like Hurricane Katrina. After retiring from public service in 2023, Matt transitioned into business, bringing his expertise in growth strategy, operational excellence, and digital marketing to various ventures. He now partners with multiple agencies, providing business consulting, process optimization, and leadership development to help companies streamline operations and improve efficiency. Beyond his professional endeavors, Matt remains deeply involved in youth sports and community initiatives, fostering teamwork, discipline, and excellence.
Adam Smith
Adam Smith is a former U.S. Army Green Beret with 17 years of service, specializing in leadership, disaster relief, and operational consulting. As the founder of Savage Freedoms, he empowers individuals and businesses to achieve resilience and efficiency. Notably, during Hurricane Helene's devastation in Western North Carolina, Adam mobilized Special Operations veterans and civilian volunteers, forming Savage Freedoms Relief Operations, dubbed "The Redneck Air Force," executing over 2,500 missions to deliver life-saving supplies. His expertise in logistics, crisis response, and leadership under pressure makes him a sought-after speaker and consultant, helping organizations and communities thrive in chaos.
